This Refund Policy governs all transactions conducted through FIMTF.org, including charitable donations, event registrations, and merchandise purchases. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth herein.

All transactions are subject to applicable federal and Florida law, which shall control in the event of any inconsistency.
Refund Policy
A. Charitable Donations

Charitable contributions to FIMTF are voluntary and generally non-refundable, consistent with standard nonprofit practices.

FIMTF is a qualified 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors should consult their tax advisor regarding deductibility. No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless explicitly stated (e.g., event tickets or merchandise), in which case only the portion exceeding the fair market value (FMV) may be deductible.
