When complex incidents occur, time is one of the most important resources available to emergency managers. Florida’s Incident Management Teams must be ready to integrate quickly, operate effectively, and support local, regional, and state response operations when communities need help the most.

The Florida Incident Management Teams Foundation is committed to strengthening deployment readiness across Florida by supporting the people, processes, training, and technologies that help Incident Management Teams prepare before disaster strikes. Through mentorship, exercise support, and technology assessment, FIMTF helps build a more capable, confident, and deployable incident management workforce.
